The icon that glitters on your doorstep

The alleyway Pigalle forgot
Just opposite the Moulin Rouge, at 94 boulevard de Clichy, a discreet gate opens onto one of Paris' narrowest streets. Boris Vian and Jacques Prévert once lived side by side here, on the shared terrace known as the 'trois Satrapes' overlooking the cabaret rooftops. Eighty metres long, two and a half metres wide — and an entire chapter of Parisian literary life.
A basilica two stops away
From Blanche metro, just two stops on line 2 bring you to the foot of the Montmartre hill. From there, the steps of the Sacré-Cœur climb to one of the capital's most celebrated viewpoints — Paris stretching to the horizon, less than ten minutes from Posy Hotel.
Paris' last vineyard
About ten minutes from Posy Hotel, the Clos Montmartre has been cultivating its 1,800 vines on the hillside since 1933. The vineyard is best admired from the street, gates closed, right across from the Lapin Agile cabaret. Nearby lies the tiny Cimetière Saint-Vincent, resting place of Michou, an emblematic figure of the Parisian cabaret world.
